Cancellations and the re-scheduled session will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 48 BUSINESS HOURS IN ADVANCE. LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW IS AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF $150 except for a true emergency.
We have a simple, online intake that can be done within afew minutes (HIPPA forms, Insurance info, A questionnaire about client’s symptoms, Record Release Form, Therapist-client service agreement/practice policy)
Your therapists will get to know you and build a rapport with you. You'll then discuss preferred therapy method, review questions; discuss treatment method; gather necessary bio, social, psychological information for appropriate treatment plan.
We offer multi-specialty counseling, to include but not limited to, Trauma, clinical depression, anxiety, grief/loss and addiction counseling. Our counselors have over 75 yrs of combined experiences helping clients find freedom from their emotional pain who have been stuck in their suffering for decades.
Our therapists are a team of well-trained and certified in Trauma therapy, EMDR, Substance Abuse, and addiction counseling. Our therapists utilize CBT, EMDR, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and holistic and Integrative modalities to meet each client’s needs. Yes, the good kind! You'll be inspired to journal, practice problem-solving, or exercise mindfulness among others depending on their treatment plan.
Your therapist will help you lay out a plan for success, but normally we recommend attending therapy once a week in order to start making good progress.
